We’re looking for a proven General Sales Manager (GSM) who thrives on building teams, driving volume, and creating a culture of success.

What We’re Looking For

Track record of success as a GSM, GSM-in-training, or Desk Manager.
Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
Ability to drive results in new and used car sales.
Expertise in inventory, desking deals, and maximizing profitability.
A marketing-minded leader who understands the power of energy and brand presence.
Tech-savvy with CRM, desking, and digital retail tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales department with accountability and vision.
Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performance sales team.
Hit and exceed monthly volume and gross profit goals.
Implement proven processes and marketing initiatives to grow business.
Collaborate with ownership to execute the Fuccillo-style energy and growth model.
