Atlanta Autos is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of the Southeast’s premier pre owned luxury and exotic dealerships. This opportunity is for a proven operator who drives results, protects margin, and leads from the front, not from behind an office door.

This is not a role for someone who manages from an ivory tower or treats the position like a nine to five. We are looking for a GM who sets the tone by being in the middle of the action, connected to the floor, and fully accountable for every part of the operation.

You should already know the highline world, not wanting to learning it. From inventory and recon flow to desking and digital retail strategy, you understand how to run a store that performs at the highest level. You lead through process, discipline, execution, and accountability.

Requirements:

Minimum seven years GM level experience in a highline or exotic environment
Proven history of profitability, growth, and operational excellence
Strong command of digital retail, inventory control, CIT, desking, F&I
Leadership that builds culture, accountability, and performance

Compensation: 300K plus annually base plus performance
Location: Marietta, Georgia
