Chevrolet of Naperville is seeking an experienced Sales Manager / General Sales Manager to help take our sales operations to another level. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in automotive sales management and the ability to lead a team toward achieving consistent results while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

This full-time role works four week days and Saturdays and offers a competitive salary range of $150,000+ a year.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve volume, gross, and customer satisfaction goals
Oversee daily sales operations for new and pre-owned departments
Develop and implement sales strategies to improve performance and profitability
Monitor leads, inventory, and deal structures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Establish accountability through performance tracking and regular reviews/training
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism

Qualifications:

Must have impeccable references
Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
Strong knowledge of CRM systems, digital retail tools, and inventory management
Ability to balance volume, gross profit, and CSI objectives
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be an Expert in using Vauto
General Motors experience is a major plus
