Must be an Experienced Auto Sales Manager
Henning Automotive Dealer Group to include numerous franchise locations to include GMC, Nissan, Chevrolet and independent points are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenExperienced Auto Sales Manager to lead our sales team at our Baker City location to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales and a proven track record in business development. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies to increase market share, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets. Your leadership skills will be crucial in fostering collaboration within the team and ensuring high performance.

Duties

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the technology sector.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while maintaining profitability.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions for upper management.

Skills

Must have Auto Dealership Sales Manager Experience

Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing a diverse team.
In-depth knowledge of market dynamics within the technology sales sector.
Experience in business development with a focus on expanding market presence.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to drive sales initiatives.
Technical acumen related to products or services offered by the company.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
