As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind every operational decision, every client interaction, and every team member’s success. This role isn’t just about managing a dealership—it’s about leading a legacy.

Be the lead of an iconic store on the prestigious Monterey Peninsula, home to some of the most exclusive golf courses in the world. With Pebble Beach and Carmel-by-the-Sea in the dealership's backyard, this Land Rover location caters to a distinguished clientele.

What You’ll Do

Lead all dealership operations with a focus on performance, profitability, and premium customer service
Inspire and mentor department heads to deliver an exceptional ownership journey
Execute strategic business plans aligned with the Land Rover brand promise
Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and excellence
Maintain high standards in inventory, compliance, financial controls, and guest satisfaction

Who You Are

A visionary leader with 5+ years in dealership management, preferably in a luxury or high-performance automotive environment (Land Rover experience required)
Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving high CSI scores
Deep understanding of fixed and variable operations
Passionate about the luxury automotive experience and evolving client expectations
Decisive, agile, and collaborative—with a modern approach to team leadership and guest engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
