Duties

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve fleet sales targets.
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Conduct cold calling and outbound sales efforts to generate new business opportunities.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored for fleet customers.
Conduct public speaking engagements and presentations to showcase our fleet offerings at industry events.
Maintain inventory control by coordinating with dealerships and managing stock levels effectively.
Train and support sales staff in upselling techniques and best practices for high-end sales.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automobile or fleet industry.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals successfully.
Experience in B2B sales environments with a solid understanding of the sales pipeline process.
Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients.
Familiarity with CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer interactions.
Previous dealership experience is a plus, along with knowledge of retail math and inventory management.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities.

Pay: $121,000.00 - $285,000.00 per year
