As an Automotive General Manager, you will take the helm of our dealership, driving sales and fostering a vibrant team culture. Your leadership will be pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving outstanding sales performance. You’ll leverage your expertise in high-end sales, B2B sales, and inventory management to create a dynamic environment that motivates your team to exceed expectations. What you’ll do

Lead and inspire a diverse team to achieve ambitious sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, focusing on outside sales, upselling, and cold calling to expand our customer base.
Manage the dealership’s inventory control processes, ensuring optimal stock levels and effective inventory management practices.
Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and public speaking abilities during presentations and events.
Utilize CRM software to track sales pipeline progress, analyze performance metrics, and refine marketing strategies for maximum impact.
Oversee retail math operations to ensure accurate pricing and profitability across all vehicle sales.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff on negotiation techniques, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar leadership role within a dealership environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred qualifications

Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
Experience with General Motors automotive sales environments is highly desirable.
Familiarity with retail sales processes and outbound sales techniques.
