We are a Family-owned, multi-location dealership seeking a skilled and experienced Used Car Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the Used Car Department, including sales, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee Reconditioning.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve performance goals.
Manage the procurement and pricing of used vehicles, ensuring competitive market positioning and inventory turnover.
Monitor marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive sales and management, with a focus on used cars.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Solid understanding of automotive financing, warranties, and other related products.
Proficiency in inventory management and sales forecasting.
Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
