Dealership: Morris Smith Ford of Larned

We are looking to add a qualified Automotive Sales Manager to join our team! Candidates must have prior Sales Manager experience. This position demands a high-energy professional who has experience creating a positive sales environment and maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process by maintaining a strong relationship with prime and subprime lenders
Establish and maintain working relationships with Auto Manufacturers
Be proficient with inventory management
Determine the customer’s need for finance and payment options
Motivate, train, and adhere to high ethical standards, while maintaining gross profit and customer service index (CSI)
Achieve monthly forecasted income and penetration levels
Work with the service department to keep all pre-owned inventory marketable
Follow up on sales leads by effectively working with sales consultants and assisting the sales team in closing deals

Ability to manage and lead people
