Requirements:

What We're Looking For

Strong industry background with one or more domestic OEMs (e.g., Ford, GM, Chrysler).
Extensive General Manager-level experience, with full P&L responsibility and deep understanding of fixed operations.
Ability to build, lead and retain great teams, and deliver results.
Proven track record of high sales efficiency and strong service absorption.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow with our organization.
