Requirements :

Previous Automotive Sales Management Experience is a MUST with verifiable references and a proven work history of success!
CDK experience a plus
Self Starter with the ability to manage and lead a Sales staff
Great Team Building Skills
Strong Leadership - Lead by Example and Actions
Technologically Savvy
People Orientated - Both Customer and Employees
