What You’ll Do

Lead, motivate, and coach a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed goals
Manage daily operations, including inventory, sales tracking, and performance reviews
Support sales staff in negotiations and closing deals
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with Toyota’s values
Recruit, hire, and train sales professionals to foster continuous growth
Collaborate with the General Manager to set monthly goals, forecasts, and strategies
Drive continuous improvement in CSI and overall team performance

Automotive Sales Management Experience
Customer service oriented
Strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills-verbal and written
Promotional skills
Working knowledge of vehicles
Ability to work flexible hours & weekends
Knowledge of basic computer systems
