What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to exceed monthly goals
- Manage the full sales process—from first handshake to final delivery
- Oversee finance & insurance operations, maximizing profit while staying compliant
- Build long-term relationships with customers that keep them coming back
- Create and execute strategies to boost sales, F&I penetration, and customer retention
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in both automotive sales Management and F&I (3+ years preferred in each)
- Strong leadership, closing, and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of financing options, lender relationships, and compliance
- Ability to switch seamlessly between sales and finance roles when needed
- Results-driven mindset with outstanding communication skills
- Spanish-speaking a plus
Compensation:
$100,000 – $300,000+ per year (Base + Commission + Bonuses)
