Our Dealership is looking for our next General Manager ,General Sales Manager & Internet Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Help the customers choose the best options for Finance and Insurance
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales / F&I Manager or similar role in the Automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of loan processing, title processing, and dealership operations
- Excellent math skills and contract skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals
- Outstanding customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Previous experience in a Dealership Managment Role
- Valid driver's license
