A highly respected and privately owned luxury automotive dealership in the Southside Hampton Roads area is seeking a proven and professional Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing sales team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on leader with a passion for premium customer service and a proven ability to drive sales performance in a luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom sales team
- Lead by example in delivering a client-centered, high-touch sales process
- Set and exceed sales targets while ensuring compliance with dealership policies
- Mentor and develop sales staff, including training and performance management
- Partner with other department heads to maximize overall dealership profitability
- Oversee client retention strategies and ensure an exceptional customer experience
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 3+ years of sales management experience in a luxury automotive environment
- A strong track record of sales success and team leadership
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and coaching skills
- A results-driven, customer-first mindset
- Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership management tools (DMS)
