Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the new-car sales team to meet and exceed performance targets
- Train, coach, and motivate sales staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Contribute to inventory management, pricing strategies, and merchandising of Stellantis vehicles
- Monitor CRM usage and lead response times to maximize conversion
- Collaborate with the GM and F&I department to streamline operations and improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with Stellantis standards and dealership policies
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of automotive sales management experience (Stellantis brand preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Knowledge of current market trends, digital retailing, and CRM best practices
- Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
