We are seeking an experienced and driven General Sales Manager (GSM) to lead our sales team and help grow our new car dealership. This is an exciting oportunity for a proven automotive leader who is looking for long-term career growth with the potential to by into the store.

Duties
- Lead, train, and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Actively engage in deal structure and assist with closing deals.
- Oversee inventory management and pricing strategies using V-Auto.
- Drive profitability while ensuring a customer-first culture.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase volume and gross profit.
- Maintain accountability for performance across all sales operations.
Skills
- Proven track record as a successful GSM or higher in a new car dealership.
- Strong knowledge of V-Auto and inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and lead a sales team.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven with a history of hitting and exceeding sales goals.
