Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership across all dealership departments: Sales, Service, Finance, and Fixed Operations.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor department managers to exceed performance and customer satisfaction goals.
- Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, and OEM compliance.
- Ensure profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.
- Maintain a customer-first culture aligned with high industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with ownership to align objectives and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Previous General Manager or General Sales Manager experience at high-volume franchise dealership preferred; previous automotive management experience required.
- Proven track record in automotive retail industry, including customer experience scores and market share performance.
- Must have excellent leadership, verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibits a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability.
- Must be process oriented, well-disciplined and have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
- Must pass pre-employment screening
