Responsibilities
F&I Manager
- Present financing options clearly and confidently to customers
- Collaborate with lenders to secure optimal terms
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial documentation
- Offer extended warranties, insurance, and service contracts
- Drive monthly finance and insurance performance goals
Sales Manager
- Lead and coach a high-performing sales team
- Manage inventory, pricing, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless buying experience
- Set and exceed sales goals through strategy and accountability
Qualifications
F&I Manager
- Experience in automotive finance
- Strong understanding of lending processes and compliance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Sales Manager
- 2+ years in automotive sales or finance management
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities
- Tech-savvy with CRM and desking tools
- High-energy, customer-focused, and results-driven
