New Car Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to supervise and motivate our sales team while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role includes hiring, training, and coaching sales staff, setting and tracking goals, and assisting in closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage a team of salespeople
- Set sales goals and drive the team to achieve them
- Support sales staff with customer interactions and closing deals
- Deliver professional presentations and vehicle demonstrations
Qualifications:
- Dealership sales management experience required
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

Pay: $72,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
