We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our team! Prior experience in the Finance Department and on the Sales Desk are required.

Essential Duties:
- Acquire used vehicle inventory through street purchases and online/in-lane auctions, ensuring optimal stocking levels.
- Collaborate with the new vehicle department to assist with trade-in appraisals.
- Train and mentor the sales team on product knowledge related to used vehicles.
- Adhere to our 60-day inventory turnover policy.
- Oversee the reconditioning process of each used vehicle, aiming for completion within 72 hours from acquisition to lot display.
- Maintain a high inventory turnover rate and minimize wholesale losses.
- Achieve monthly wholesale department profitability.
- Attain high PVR (Per Vehicle Retail) averages.
- Helps to manage day to day sales operations including inventory display(s) and showroom cleanliness.
- Helps to meet dealership sales and F&I goals, daily, weekly and monthly as set by the General Manager.
- Helps to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores.
- Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new- and used-vehicle and finance departments.
Qualifications
- A winning mindset and a passion for being the top in Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) sales in the Northwest.
- In-depth knowledge of CDK.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a relentless work ethic to outperform others.
- Prior sales/finance experience, minimum of 3 years
- Excellent communication skills (including listening, writing, speaking).
- Acceptable driving record & a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
- Candidates must pass a background check and be insurable to drive
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time up to 8+ hours a day.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
