Responsibilities

- Proven experience in a managerial role within an automotive dealership environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful sales management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay: $300,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
