What You’ll Do:
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to exceed goals
- Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and increase sales
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with management to create promotions and marketing plans
