Job Summary
We are looking for a HUNGRY General Sales Manager looking to make an immediate difference in the Sales Department of a Major Franchise Automotive Dealership. Duties
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up on leads.
- Conduct cold calling and outbound sales efforts to generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure availability of products for sale while maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that drive traffic and increase sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Experience
- Proven experience in leading a Sales Department and driving results
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals effectively.
- Familiarity with dealership experience is a plus; understanding of automobile sales is highly desirable.
- Multilingual or bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse clientele.
