Responsibilities:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- The Automotive Desk Manager assists the department manager to lead and direct the entire Sales staff while working as a Finance/Desk Manager
- Proficiency in structuring deals for maximum profitability and collect-ability
- Automotive Desk Managers accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
- Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
