- Minimum 3 years of automotive sales/F&I management experience
- Strong leadership and training abilities
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales & finance goals
- Knowledge of compliance, lender relations, and process-driven selling
- Excellent communication, closing, and desking skills

- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Structure deals for maximum profitability
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards
- Maintain CSI scores and customer satisfaction
