We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive GSM - New Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers while driving sales initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to managing the sales pipeline, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving high-end sales targets. The Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and fostering long-term customers.
Responsibilities Include
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to engage customers and drive revenue growth.
- Managing the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Having a strong understanding of Digital Retail Marketing and CRM Performance.
- Being a hands-on leader that builds people, not just grosses.
- Conducting cold calling and outbound sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborating with your sales teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Maintaining knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings and dealership experiences for compliant sales tactics.
Skills
- Proven experience in Automotive Sales, B2B sales and high energy environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales activities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- The ability to coach, motive and inspire everybody on the team.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
