Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Duties

- Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with sales objectives.
- Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their skills in customer service and business development.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead of market trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
