The ideal candidate is able confidently coach sales associates, provide exemplary customer service and communicate to employees and customers alike.
Job Duties:
- Increase sales department volume and gross profit
- Hire, train, and manage sales staff
- Communicate value of Kenny Ross to customers during sales process
- Actively desking deals
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as an Automotive Sales Manager
- 2 years of experience desking deals
- Experience managing groups and teams
- Ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of the organization
