Automotive Sales Managemnt

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, Coach, and Mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Manages day-to-day sales operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize dealership profitability.
- Maintain a deep understanding of GM product lines, features, and incentive programs, ensuring the team is knowledgeable and confident in selling.
- Expert Closer with the ability to step in and finalize difficult deals.
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to adjust strategies and ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee customer relations, ensuring high levels of CSI and repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with the finance and service departments to enhance the overall dealership experience.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards.
- RECRUIT, HIRE, and TRAIN sales staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive Sales Management, with a preference for GM dealership experience.
- Proven success in leading sales teams and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of automotive sales process and financing options.
- Excellent Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team while maintaining a positive and professional dealership environment.
- Previous F&I Experience is a PLUS
- Bi-lingual is a PLUS
- Proficient in CRM software and DMS systems.
- Must have valid Driver’s License and Clean Background
