National Fleet Manager
Annual Salary: $65k-80k

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES/JOB FUNCTION –Other duties may be assigned as necessary
- Create, shape, and evolve a tailored strategy for fleet referrals by market and nationally
- Seeking Fleet revenue and expansion opportunities for collision in every market we serve
- Maintain and build strong and long-term fleet relationships which in turn increases assignment flow, revenue, and referrals for all lines of business
- Serve as a primary contact for operations and fleet clients ensuring long-term growth and fleet account retention
- Scheduling, preparing, and attending strategic fleet account meetings and other sales presentations as well as executing follow-up actions and regular business reviews
- Creating, negotiating, and closing Fleet Bids and Agreements locally and nationally
- Assist SVP of Business Development on strategy and requests for fleet rate negotiations
- Work with Operations and Leadership to drive actionable insights to enhance overall fleet partnerships and opportunities
- Devise and implement sales growth strategies across all markets we serve
- Regular review of Classic Collision fleet sales growth month over month by center
- Maintain knowledge of fleet guidelines, key performance indicators, competitor offerings, bid processes, and industry trends to offer informed insights
- Collaborate with Director of Business Development to understand bid constraints, deadlines, contracts, and pricing indicators that increase sales effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-specific solutions
- Travel to shops, fleet offices, strategic meetings, and industry events
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven sales manager who is used to working towards goals and sales targets
- Proven track record in sales, business development, negotiation and winning new business.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
- History of fleet opportunities and strategies with track record of revenue and capacity growth
- Experience knowledge of repair center operations and processes as well as fleet management
- Show an understanding of the challenges facing the industry at present and illustrate a knowledge of the operational attention to detail
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to travel up to 30%, which includes some overnight travel
- Must have valid driver's license and be eligible for insurance coverage
- Minimum 5 years Sales Experience
- Working knowledge of Mitchell Cloud Estimating and CCC One estimating platform and management system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as repair procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to negotiate and understand agreements and requests for proposals
- Ability to write and present sales presentations, reports, and quarterly business reviews
- Ability to speak effectively and present before groups of customers or employees of organization
