What You'll Do:
- Lead, inspire, and push a high-performing new and used car sales team.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and exceed them.
- Manage inventory, pricing strategies, and merchandising for maximum profit.
- Coach, train, and develop sales employees to consistently improve performance.
- Track KPI's, analyze results, and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Ensure every customer receives an exceptional, high-energy buying experience.
- Collaborate with finance and upper management to close deals and grow revenue.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager (new, used, or both).
- Strong leadership skills with a competitive, goal oriented mindset.
- Deep understanding of automotive processes and CRM systems.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
