We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager who understands that modern automotive leadership is not about volume alone. It is about standards, consistency, coaching, and the daily discipline of execution. This role sits at the intersection of sales performance, customer experience, and team development.
This position is ideal for someone who has already proven they can sell, lead from the floor, and elevate the people around them. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive results while helping shape a culture that values precision, professionalism, and accountability.
What You Will Do:
You will actively support daily sales operations across both Genesis and Hyundai, ensuring the showroom runs with clarity and intention. You will coach sales professionals in real time, helping them sharpen communication, improve follow up, and move deals forward with confidence. You will step into deals when needed and help maintain strong closing ratios without compromising the client experience.
You will be responsible for reinforcing process. CRM discipline, appointment management, follow up cadence, and showroom flow will fall under your influence. You will help onboard and develop new team members while setting a visible example for what excellence looks like on the floor.
This role also includes supporting customer escalations, partnering with finance and service leadership, and maintaining the brand standards expected of a Genesis Studio and a high performing Hyundai operation.
Who You Are
You have prior automotive sales leadership experience as a senior sales professional ready to step up. You are confident without being loud, structured without being rigid, and respected because you show up prepared.
You understand that luxury and volume brands require different tones, but the same level of care. You communicate clearly, hold people accountable without theatrics, and take pride in building a team that performs well even when you are not in the room.
Weekend availability is required. This is a leadership role, and presence matters.
