This position is for a Manager In Training who is responsible for directing sales, recruiting and management to ensure the success of the branch. The training program will taught by experienced, upper level sales and management personnel. The M.I.T will be required to conduct quarterly performance reviews and annually conduct annual performance reviews of managers, all while improving their own skills as a sales and recruitment professional.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of customer service representatives.
Handle customers' questions and complaints.
Check in new products.
Communicate with management on the status of individual employees.
Report issues such as equipment problems, customer complaints, and waste management to maintenance staff.
Manage budgets and hiring processes.
Implement safety programs.
Create policy manuals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
