Nissan of Cumming is looking for a motivated, results-driven Internet Manager to lead our digital sales operations. This role is responsible for managing all internet leads, optimizing response processes, and driving showroom traffic and vehicle sales through strong follow-up, accountability, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all inbound internet leads from OEM, website, third-party, and digital marketing sources
Ensure timely, professional, and consistent lead responses across email, phone, text, and chat
Train, coach, and hold the sales team accountable for proper CRM usage and follow-up processes
Monitor and improve lead response times, appointment set rates, show rates, and closing ratios
Work closely with management and marketing partners to optimize lead quality and performance
Oversee digital retailing tools and assist customers through the online buying process
Conduct daily lead reviews, call monitoring, and performance reporting
Maintain accurate CRM data, lead notes, and activity tracking
Handle escalated internet customer inquiries and assist with deal structuring when needed

Qualifications

Previous automotive Internet Manager or BDC leadership experience preferred
Strong understanding of automotive CRM systems (e.g., VinSolutions, DealerSocket, Elead, etc.)
Proven ability to manage, motivate, and hold a team accountable
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and phone
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and performance metrics
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
