About the Opportunity

A well-established, high-volume Dealership is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations and drive continued growth and performance.

We are looking for a results-driven leader with a proven track record of managing all dealership functions, including variable operations, fixed ops, F&I, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, operational discipline, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all dealership departments: Sales (new & used), Service, Parts, and Finance
Develop and execute strategies to achieve volume, profitability, and CSI targets
Lead, motivate, and develop department managers and their teams
Ensure compliance with all OEM, legal, and regulatory requirements
Maintain high standards of customer service and brand reputation
Monitor and manage dealership financials, including forecasting and expense control

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in an automotive dealership
Prior experience as a General Manager, GSM
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales, gross, and CSI goals
Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
Solid understanding of dealership financials, CRM tools, DMS systems (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
High ethical standards and commitment to operational excellence

Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
