About the Opportunity
A well-established, high-volume Dealership is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations and drive continued growth and performance.
We are looking for a results-driven leader with a proven track record of managing all dealership functions, including variable operations, fixed ops, F&I, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, operational discipline, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all dealership departments: Sales (new & used), Service, Parts, and Finance
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve volume, profitability, and CSI targets
- Lead, motivate, and develop department managers and their teams
- Ensure compliance with all OEM, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain high standards of customer service and brand reputation
- Monitor and manage dealership financials, including forecasting and expense control
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in an automotive dealership
- Prior experience as a General Manager, GSM
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales, gross, and CSI goals
- Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of dealership financials, CRM tools, DMS systems (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- High ethical standards and commitment to operational excellence

Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
