What you'll be doing:

Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to meet and exceed goals consistently.
Desk car deals to propose and direct salespeople in the sales process.
Work closely with the GM and finance team to structure deals.
Coach and develop sales staff through one-on-one mentoring and team training.
Oversee and improve lead management processes and CRM usage.
Create a customer-first culture.

A proven leader in automotive sales management.
A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to change processes and open to new tools, apps, and platforms.
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
A deal-closer who loves the thrill of getting customers into their perfect car.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $280,000.00 per year
