Job Summary

Duties

Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans focusing on B2B (business-to-business) and retail markets to expand customer base and increase revenue streams.
Manage the entire sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation through outbound calls, cold calling, and marketing initiatives.
Oversee inventory control and management, ensuring optimal stock levels while maintaining accurate records using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
Conduct high-end sales negotiations with customers, utilizing strong communication skills and phone etiquette to close deals effectively.
Drive upselling strategies by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored vehicle options that maximize dealership profitability.
Maintain excellent customer service standards by supporting the sales support team, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring positive customer experiences.
Engage in public speaking engagements and community events to promote dealership offerings and enhance brand visibility.
Utilize organizational skills to coordinate marketing efforts, manage retail math calculations, and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork, continuous improvement, and professional development.

Experience

Proven experience in dealership management or automotive sales leadership with a track record of achieving high-end sales targets.
Extensive background in B2B sales, retail sales, outbound sales, and cold calling techniques.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals confidently.
Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively.
Previous experience in inventory management, inventory control, and retail math calculations is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus) to connect with diverse clientele.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams within a fast-paced automotive environment.
Knowledge of automobile sales processes, dealership operations, marketing strategies, and public speaking is preferred.
