Duties

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans focusing on B2B (business-to-business) and retail markets to expand customer base and increase revenue streams.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation through outbound calls, cold calling, and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee inventory control and management, ensuring optimal stock levels while maintaining accurate records using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Conduct high-end sales negotiations with customers, utilizing strong communication skills and phone etiquette to close deals effectively.
- Drive upselling strategies by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored vehicle options that maximize dealership profitability.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by supporting the sales support team, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring positive customer experiences.
- Engage in public speaking engagements and community events to promote dealership offerings and enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize organizational skills to coordinate marketing efforts, manage retail math calculations, and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
- Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork, continuous improvement, and professional development.
Experience
- Proven experience in dealership management or automotive sales leadership with a track record of achieving high-end sales targets.
- Extensive background in B2B sales, retail sales, outbound sales, and cold calling techniques.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals confidently.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively.
- Previous experience in inventory management, inventory control, and retail math calculations is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus) to connect with diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams within a fast-paced automotive environment.
- Knowledge of automobile sales processes, dealership operations, marketing strategies, and public speaking is preferred.
