Position Purpose
The Go-to-Market Manager will lead the go-to-market governance process, ensuring alignment and collaboration across sales, marketing, S&OP, and finance teams to prioritize and execute on key business opportunities. This role is pivotal in driving the synchronization of go-to-market strategies and ensuring successful launches on the 1st of each month by orchestrating cross-functional efforts and maintaining strategic focus.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
- Facilitate monthly governance meetings to align sales, marketing, S&OP, and finance teams on top business priorities.
- Develop and present go-to-market plans to the North American CEO for approval, reflecting business benefits.
- Coordinate and track deliverables across departments to ensure all go-to-market tools—vehicle discounts, marketing investments, sales team focus, and dealer engagement—are activated on time.
- Leverage analytical skills and business acumen to prioritize high-impact business opportunities.
- Build and manage a master calendar for the year, integrating critical meetings in a minimally disruptive way.
- Ensure consistent execution of the governance process through disciplined, recurring meetings and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor critical monthly meetings to maintain smooth operation of go-to-market governance.
- Project management of Strategic Growth Initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in go-to-market strategies, sales operations, or cross-functional coordination roles.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a proven ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to focus on high-value opportunities.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, comfortable interacting with all organizational levels.
- Highly organized, with a forward-thinking approach to calendar management and process discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive industry (e.g., vehicle discounts, dealer engagement) is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration software.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Comfortable in an in-person office environment
- Technical competence is a plus
- Must be customer service oriented, flexible, and have a high energy level
- Must have excellent follow-through skills
- Must have a professional, polished, and sophisticated demeanor and be comfortable in most social settings
- Must be open to domestic and international travel
- Desire and proven ability to learn and grow
