Position Overview:
The Bilingual General Sales Manager will lead the overall sales operations of the dealership, driving performance, elevating customer satisfaction, and cultivating a high-achieving sales culture. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with strong automotive expertise and the ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and maximize dealership revenue.
- Develop, execute, and track strategic sales plans to drive business growth and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and referral business.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Oversee the full sales process from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to enhance product knowledge, process execution, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with dealership goals and operational standards.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal required).
- Proven track record of success in automotive sales management, with demonstrated ability to exceed performance targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of automotive retail operations, industry trends, and customer buying behaviors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred (not required).
