Fast growing car dealership needs proven leader to manage our Internet and BDC departments. You'll oversee internet and BDC team members and report to our General Sales Manager and General Manager. We make it easy for you. You manage the people and everything else is handled for you. You won't have to worry about websites, lead providers and third party vendors. If you're a hands on manager who works side by side with your people let's talk. You'll excel in this role if you spend your time working with your people all day everyday. We want our Internet Manager focused on one thing....getting people in the door. ELEAD experience preferred, but not a deal breaker. Pay plan based on experience and RESULTS.
