Responsibilities
- Develop sales forecasts and strategies to achieve sales goals and growth
- Recruit, coach, and drive performance of sales team
- Handle customer issues and concerns quickly and professionally
- Present sales reports and forecasts to management team
- Manage sales team to optimize performance and employee goals
- Vehicle appraisals
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in automotive retail and finance management
- Track record of sales success and leadership
- Used car experience
- Dedicated to delivering great customer experiences
- Attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve
- Effective communicator
- Passion for mentoring and managing people
- Computer and automotive CRM programs proficiency
