Who We’re Looking For:

A leader with several years of proven success in automotive sales management.

A motivator and mentor who can coach sales reps through the deal, shadow their process, and train them to perform at the highest level.

A professional with a strong track record in desking deals, finance processes, and customer satisfaction.

Someone with the ability to drive performance, energize the floor, and deliver results.
Responsibilities:
-
Manage, coach, and train sales staff to consistently exceed sales and CSI goals.

Shadow sales reps and provide in-the-moment coaching to elevate performance.

Appraise vehicles accurately and desk/pencil deals efficiently.

Lead daily sales meetings and energize the team.

Ensure customer engagement and satisfaction at every stage of the sales process.

Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
-
Prior Automotive Sales Management (Desk Manager/Finance Manager) experience REQUIRED
-
Proven track record of success in sales management with exceptional CSI results
-
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
-
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
