Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Sales Manager that can lead through vision and values.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals for new and used vehicles.
Work with sales personnel to present purchase or lease options to prospective customers, accurately explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing options.
Overcome objectives, desk, and secure approval for deals.
Motivate and train salespeople on inventory and current advertising efforts including rebates and incentives.
Knowledge of the local retail market
Possess a high passion for customer retention and CSI above market standards and zone averages.
Coordinating regular meetings with each department to ensure their profitability and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Automotive sales management experience
Proven success in auto retail sales
Working knowledge of automotive systems like CDK/ADP, Vinsolutions.
Bilingual a plus
