Dealership near South Holland seeking a talented Automotive Sales Manager to join our growing team!
The Automotive Sales Manager leads the sales team in creating an exceptional experience for our customers. The sales manager will also select, train, coach, develop, and retain the very best Consultants for the store to achieve targeted unit sales and profit margins while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Setting a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance
- Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals
- Driving the business through a high level of involvement in the day-to-day operations.
- Managing the negotiation process with Sales team, ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
- Partnering with General Manager to plan and manage new and used vehicle inventory.
- Assisting in managing controllable expense elements for the New and Used Vehicle Departments.
- Analyzing the business to determine shortfalls and developing action plans to improve results.
