We are currently looking for an General Sales Manager for a growing Automotive Dealership.

The General Sales Manager is expected to uphold high ethical standards, have excellent customer service, and create a positive sales environment. Responsibilities:
- Identify coaching needs and promote training opportunities
- Hire, mentor, and monitor the performance of department managers
- Set an example of professionalism through actions and appearance
- Ensure target revenues are met or exceeded
- Manage profitability in both the new and pre-owned vehicle departments
- Assist in developing and managing an effective advertising and marketing plan
- Develop a productive relationship throughout the dealership
- Be the biggest promoter of customer service index (CSI) throughout the dealership
- Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, manufacturers, lenders, vendors, and customers
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of achieving goals
- Outstanding communications skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
