Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the new and pre-owned sales departments.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Implement effective sales processes, strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the finance, service, and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years automotive sales management experience, preferably at a high-volume dealership.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM, dealership management systems (DMS), and digital retailing platforms.
- High level of integrity and a customer-first mindset.
