AUTOMOTIVE GENERAL SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities:
- Drive dealership sales and revenue by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Set, monitor, and exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a competitive, results-oriented sales team.
- Monitor key metrics, including closing rations, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
- Optimize inventory management and pricing to maximize profitability.
- Foster a positive, collaborative and energetic team environment.
- Knowledge of automotive sales operations, inventory management and automotive CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Proven success as a General Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail automotive sales management experience.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team developmental skills.
- Data-driven, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies.
- High-energy, competitive, and results-focused mindset.
- Must have excellent deal desking abilities and be extremely knowledgeable with bank credit lending parameters.
- Top notch negotiation skills.
- Bilingual preferred.
